PF/SB should become TH/SS for sarge. You need more invul-saves.

Other than that looks pretty good to me. I prefer Vindicator over Pred since most things will happen in the mid field anyway.

Honestly, there's not much versatility within the Deathwing list. Go for it.

I would give your standard bearer something other than a storm bolter and power fist, and by something I mean a TH/SS to stack another 3++ save in that unit.

Other than that there isn't much wiggle room in a DW list. I would trade the pred for a venerable dred but the points are soo close it is personal preference.

First of all, I agree with all of the above advice!

At 1500 points and above I run 2 whirlwinds (instead of a dread or pred). They can pin enemy units, reduce swarms, tank shock, contest, wall off and most important of all, they usually survive until the last turns of the game!
