When does a destroyed drop pod ever result in a unit being lost unless it's a mishap result?

FYI guys, in planetstrike there are defensive guns that get a certain number of shots at deep striking units as they arrive, so that is one way it could be destroyed on the turn it comes in that is not related to mishaps.

If unit get's out of transport vehicle after the vehicles has moved it can not move this turn. If it whait's in vehicle till next turn, it can make full move. In my case drednought stayed in drop pod for 1 turn , meanwhile drop get's destroyed , does drednought get destroyed to or he Goes out?!

You're playing it wrong. When a drop pod is deployed on the table, everything in the drop pod must get out and may not get back in.

This is covered in the drop pod rules.

If there are any issues, check the rules for emergency disembarkation. The only time the models inside are gone is if after moving flat out in a movement phase, the transport is wrecked in that same movement phase. Deep striking is considered cruising speed in normal games, dunno about planetstrike.

A drop pod arrives to it's destination in assult phase, drednought does not get out this phase, he whait's to movement phase to have full move while disembarcking. Meanwhlie drop pod get's destroyed!!!!

False. Drop pods arrive in the movement phase.

Cite the rule that makes you think they arrive in the Assault phase.

Who are you talking to? You're post is confusing me since the two people imediately above you are posting conflicting points.

devestator 7777777, read the drop pod entry again. Then read it again. Drop pods enter from reserve. 1/2 on turn 1 (round up) , the other half on later turns via normal reserve rules. They enter before movement begins. People on board MUST exit after the drop pod's final location is determined, and they may not get back into the drop pod.

Please stop using multiple exclamation points. That doesn't make you any more right, it just makes you "louder".

To the OP - I was composing the post before the other replies were there.

I have yet to see reserves enter in the assault phase - I really cant think of any off the top of my head.
