Hey guys, new member here.

I've been doing a lot of research on different painting studios but I'd like to here what you guys have to say.

I'm looking for a studio that gives the best price to quality ratio, is reputable, does good work ect..

I'm looking for more "realistic" painting style. I ideally don't want to spend more than 10 dollars per figure...

So far I've looked at :

Blue Table Painting - The specials give decent deals with there specials and I quite like there painting style but I've heard issues with them.

paintedfigs - I don't really like the painting style at all, but they are very cheap....

Worthypainting - Out of my price range for now but I absolutely love their painting style.

Fullofmonkey studios - reasonable pricing and very nice paint jobs.

buypainted - out of my price range and I don't think their paint jobs are very detailed....

Painted black studios - Love their painting quality immensely, but are they still in business?

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks.

Try Next Level Painting. The guy does pretty much any style you want and the wait is about 2-3 Weeks. Not sure about pricing but I know he likes to do things in larger batches (1500 points + per batch) but I think it comes out to about that and that may or may not include basing. I suggest contacting him for a quote as you may be able to work in a deal if you're order its large enough. Check out his blog

I'm gonna be outlandish here, but uh... have you considered trying to paint yourself? IT's cheaper and you may see yourself becoming good enough to con lazy players into buying models from you!

I don't have so much time on my hands, I wish I did though.

I have painted around 2500pts of orks and over 150 ork boyz.

It gets tiring after awhile.

I will it does get tiring after a while. I feel you pain with orks, currently I have around 20k in points of them.. lol.. But with a few speed painting tutorials out there, they can be painted to a high standard pretty quick..

I've. Heard dipping is a decent way to archive tabe quality quick. Haven't tried myself though

I've dipped about 50+ of my orks.

Ehhhh, I prefer washes to be honest.
