So I was recently going over the battle missions book and stumbled across the newest edition of the kill teams game mode. It's certainly an interesting style of play but what I thought was best about it, was that it reminded me of the old kill teams! The 4th edition kill teams was one of my favorite styles of play. Does anyone still prefer the old kill teams? Are there any unofficial rules that make it relevant to the new edition?

I never played the old kill team rules, but reading them over makes them look like a lot more fun than the 5th ed ones.

I've only ever played 5th ed rules, which i find quite fun, but I remember reading over the 4th ed ones and finding them quite confusing. I was quite young at the time so that was probably why.

The 5th ed are very simple for games that size, 4th ed was apparently more complicated and more like a Spec Ops mission from CoD than the straight fight that is 5th ed kill team.
