Fantastic setup. It literally make me want to paint up a Normandy-era army (either side) and try and do something as good. To me, that sort of terrain is the definition of tabletop wargaming - I wish more players aspired to it.

What is this a 'spoiler' for?

Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Amazing stuff, love the burnt-out tanks. I've admired your videos on Youtube for a long time, you should be really proud of what you do mate!

That's a great looking board, I like the burnt out and rusted tanks dispersed around the board.

Very nice. It's terrain like this with comparably painted figures and a couple of gamers who are willing to take their time to explain their hobby to new people, that gets new blood into the game.

I have a very busy summer, home about a week in July, then gone, back for a few more days in August. I am heading to China, US, and Poland.

Amazing board.

My one problem is the 3 destroyed tanks on that one board seem like overkill, especially the basically intact Somua. The Germans would not have let a Beutepanzer sit around for 4 years without stripping it down for parts.

Overkill - how so?

The french rusty tank I can see that, hard to model with stripped parts, would be a thought for future though.

Just a lot of abandoned tanks for one board. The Pz IVs I can see, especially since it seems you're trying for a French town on D-Day, and they work well. As above, it's just my personal preference that the intact and rusty Somua which has sat there since 1940 seems rather anachronistic and detracts from the realism the other 99% of the board portrays. YMMV.

Still, nice work.

I apprecaite the comment. Noted. Customer request but perhaps more battle damage on that would be better.

Well, if you get to a chance, stop in. If I don't see you, have fun on your overseas trip. Take lots of pictures of all the war museums I am sure you'll visit.

And again, nice work. Always a pleasure to see your boards. Lindsay moved his to ON safely. Made a special shelf in a trialer for it I think.
