I was having a very happy brush day! You know the days when a brush is just doing exactly what you want it to, and you say to yourself "I love this brush, and I will keep it and use it forever". And then the next day it just refuses the behave, lol.

This was my first attempt at glowing eyes, and I learned a fair bit. The technique I used takes a very small amount of a very watered down colour, and using very short brush strokes you start each stroke where you want the colour to the the thinnest and finish it where you want the colour to be the thickest. So in the case of the eyes, I'd start with some very thin Hawk Turquise, and start each brush stroke near the centre of the models forehead and finish it right on the edge of the helmet over the eye. I just continued the process, gradually mixing in some Ice Blue and white, with the eye lenses themselves being pure white.
Of course, with it being a learning process some of them turned out better than others!
