My Thunderwolf Cavalry are finally done, and yes they're painted to look like a coyote, a Siberian husky and a rottweiler. All are WYSIWYG - all have storm shields, one has melta bombs, one has a Frost Axe. Symbols on the shoulder pads are decals from the Space Wolves decal set, applied using MicroSet and MicroSol. I used a hammer and sword as basic CCWs because they look cooler than chainswords. Besides, chainswords are for troops and these are frickin' Wolf Guard on a giant wolf for Russ' sake!

I really like the husky. Nice work.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Not sure if it is the pics or not man, but your paint looks absurdly thick! Do you water down your paints at all?

The colour schemes on the wolves do look nice from afar though!

I like them. Probably could have gone a little farther with the rottweiler. Like the head and the tail. But other then that. These are all really cool. Great work.

Great idea. I think it's a pitty that you didn't mod the rotty a little (doc it's tail) and the paint job isn't the best but that should improve with practice.. all in alll 10/10 for cool 5/10 for paint

It must be the pics. I oversharpened them I think. I do thin my paints down at a 2 parts water, 1 part paint ratio.
