I don't like how regal blue looks straight out of the pot on my Night Lords. Looks to bright to my liking. Thus I add a tad of black to darken it. But the problem is that it takes a lot of time and paint to get the same shade as used before. Sometimes the blue comes out to dark, so dark that it looks black. Does anyone know how I can darken regal blue but not so dark that it looks black. I tried a black wash but it looks to dark. Should I try flesh wash or another wash?

Asurmen Blue wash? Basecoat with Necron Abyss and then layer Regal Blue over it?

I wash it with Badab Black. I have no idea why you'd want to use Flesh wash. Here's how it looks on my Crimson Fists:

BTW B'Dab Blk is great to darken most of anything
