Do any of you think Indoctrination could affect:
1. A regular human Psyker?
2. A normal Space Marine?
3. A Space Marine Librarian?

Marines (including librarians) are all so heavily indoctrinated and psycho-conditioned that they can't get any further indoctrinated. There just isn't enough room in their little heads for it after all of the "Praise the emperor" and "in the emperor's name", "where's the tea?" and "this is it, we're all going to die.".

Regular human psykers could be. This is partly how they make the sanctioned psykers (This one has been stamped A-1, first quality.).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

They'd have to spend enough around Reaper technology or inside a Reaper. I suspect that if most Space Marine Chapters encountered Reaper technology (or a derelict Reaper) they would destroy it or turn it over to the Inquisition. If that happened, whoever the Inqusiiton assigned to study it might end up indoctrainted, but I don't think it would be hard for a psyker to pick out an indoctrinated individual (as for a really powerful psyker like a Librarian, if they were being indoctrinated I think they'd be able to notice that something was amiss before any real harm could be done).

Chaos followers might be more suceptible to inodoctriantion, probably allowing themselves to go through it. I can also imagine some really radical AdMech members volunteering to be "assimilated" by the Reapers. Overall, I think Reapers could get a bit of a foothold, but given the exsiting amount of craziness and destructive power flying around the 40K universe I don't think they could be a truly major threat.

Driven away from WH40K by rules bloat and the expense of keeping up, now interested in smaller model count games and anything with nifty mechanics.

Considering
Spoiler:
There's a reading of the plot where they indoctrinate Shepard at the end and he's more or less a living god of war
then yeah, I think they could indoctrinate any Warham dude.

Why ask the question when reapers don't exist in 40k, nor would they have any real chance of showing up?

Eh, the spoiler-ending listed above is only possible if you choose a specific ending in ME3. Any of the other endings shows that for the pointless fan-speculation that it is.

As far as indoctrination and 40K?

None of the groups listed are going to spend enough time on a Reaper vessel without trying to destroy it to matter. Common people in 40K? Sure. Any of the adventurous types? Not so much.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.
