Hi guys, just noticed this guy on the GW vid,
is it a new sculpt or am i a dope not noticing it before???

Other than the chest, it's from the DC kit. The chest looks new, almost like a modified Mk 4 chest.

Nope. Head, Bolter, torso and perhaps even the shoulders are from the Death Company box.

Having assembled 4 of the DC kit, I can assure you that that torso isn't a part in it. Your link even has a picture of the sprues showing no similar torso.

Look for part number 8 on the second sprue. Is that not the piece?It has the same angular shape, a skull in the middle.

Looks like this.
Which is a shame, some angular SM chest plates would have been nice. Not radically different, but refreshing.

 You're right. Seriously, the part doesn't look as angular in real life as the OP's picture does. The angle is pretty shallow in reality, especially painted in black.  Honestly, it was hard to recognize without the belt detail(same chest is on the right hand marine).
