My FLGS is having a small 750 pt tournament on this upcoming friday. I've tried to divise a list with my Grey Knight Purifiers but it was just too low of a point value to make it work so I'm making an attempt with my Orks.

HQ- Warboss w/PK, Cybork Body, Bosspole

Troops- 14 Ork Boyz
-1 Nob w/Big Choppa and Boss Pole
Troops- 13 Ork Boyz with all shootas
-1 Nob w/PK and Bosspole
- Trukk
Troops- 13 Ork Boyz
-1 Nob w/PK and Bosspole
- Trukk
Troops- 19 Ork Boyz

Heavy Support- Ork Battle Wagon w/Big Shoot, Armor Plates, Grot Riggers, and Deff Rolla

The 19 Ork Boyz ride in the Battle Wagon with the Warboss and the Trukks are supposed to move Flat out first turn get into the enemies lines and the for the foot sloggin squad they are just cannon fodder.

Right off the bat, those trukk mobs need to be smaller, as the capacity is 12.

Since you've got to thin the herd, get a nob and move that BP from the Warboss to the nob. The warboss can get singled out in CC and killed before they'll need the BP, and it'll be gone with him.

Honestly, Big Meks with KFF's are more competitive, and one would give those trukks a greater chance of delivering to your opponent's doorstep. Other than that, go get'em, it's a straightforward list(no pun intended).

Drop the footslogging mob, you don't want to mix speeds. Orks should strike simultaneously, to overwhelm their enemy.

I like it, it's a good mechanized list.

Drop the Grot Riggers from the BW, the Big Mek can repair the BW while he is riding in it.

Also, I would drop the BP from the Big Mek. He can be singled out in CC (which he shouldn't be there anyways IMO and instead should be giving that BW a permanent 4+ cover save while deff rolling everything in sight).

With the points saved from removing the BP off the Big Mek and the Riggers you can get a Nob w/ BP for that 18x Boyz squad (By my math from that list you should have 7 spare points so it is possible).

The second list is much better, I second everything khaos said but I would then drop the squad of ten in trukk, and add 2 deffkoptas(in different units) and give them both tl rokkits and one a buzzsaw. Everything else I would keep the same.

Small changes to it. Any thoughts cause I think I may have fixed it.

This list is very good.
At 750 its hard to get alot of firepower so that many orks is devastating.

This is much better with alot of meat at a low point cost, you will do very well

I still have to re-iterate about getting that Nob with BP in that 18 Boyz squad. You will want it.

Also, like I stated above: You don't want that Big Mek in CC so a BP on him is useless (He is an IC and can be singled out and killed before you even use the BP, thus why you want the Nob).

I tried to do what you asked but if i remember correctly I was about 7 points over.

You should have had 7 points to spare before your changes, plus 10 from the minor changes I suggested. Nob and BP is less than that so you shouldn't have been over...

IMO yes. Any tweaking beyond what has been suggested should just fall under personal preference.

Can't imagine the look on their faces when they see that KFF'ed BW rolling across the board.

Okay, I've done the math, and done the math, and done it again.....I don't have my Codex with me....it's in the trukk but I know Orks rather well, and as far as I can tell, you have 736 points in that list.

Add a couple more boyz, or a boy and a BC on the battlewagon nob or something

Where it says 10 ork boys and nob the total is 11. It's 10 boys + nob. I don't see how army builder could have gotten it wrong. When I get home I'll check it out.

Yes, my calcs were for that, I saw the nob listed separately, and assumed they were units of 11. Personally, I list the number of boyz purchased, and state nob upgrade, but that's just me, so people know where my list stands.
