A small town at the foothills of the beautiful Cascade Mountains

Doom of Malan'tai - used some plastic parts from Trygon kit and a little bit of green stuff.

Spore - used a "Dragon Universe" toy and some green stuff.

Trygon Prime - nothing special....

My dipping method is detailed in this article http://www.dakkadakka.com/wiki/en/Dipping_Tyranids.

Thanks for comments! The dip was messed up on the spore, you can see the run-lines because I used too much. A little dip goes a long way on models with flat surfaces.

Very nice, a much more subtle look after dipping than I've usually seen.

That's great. I think dipping works really well for Tyranids, and if I ever do a nid army, that's the only way to go for me.

haha. How cool would it be to actually convert a mr. potato head as such? Picture it, slimy covered in tyranid spores and bits, like you mashed both together but enough to see his wailing face through the mess.
