Hey there, I'm looking to order a Battlefoam tray for an Ogre Kingdom Thundertusk conversion I have and was just wondering if I would need to order a custom tray or if this one http://us.battlefoam.com/products/Ogre-Kingdom-Stonehorn-%26-Thundertusk-Foam-Tray-%28BF%252d7%29.html would fit. The conversion does have some parts jutting out, and from what I can eyeball on the site, the Thundertusk would be laying on its side (which I'd rather not have)
The Deathstrike missile is removable btw, but the Tallarn are not. As such I'd rather it be sitting upright if at all possible

I'm a really bad eyeballer/measurer so if anyone has one of these trays/experience with similar trays and could give me some feedback that would be huge. Thanks in advance!

The case it would be going in is a Sabol Motor Pool if that helps

This is the conversion (courtesy of Thirsty Daddy )btw since it would probably help

You need a custom tray for that model because your not using the original base that comes in the thundertusk kit. I would suggest giving them a call or even sending them an email just so you get the right help. I mean I think they would know more than most of us here

I can't see your pictures, hosting photos on an outside website meens that alot of us at work can't see them.

What advice I can give you though is that in that tray you linked the Thundertusk's stand up, thats why its a 7 inch tray.

That is the base that came with the Thundertusk.
And I'm sure they probably can help, but I was hoping someone on Dakka had experience with the trays too

Ah sorry about the pics, but thanks for the info regarding the tray! So which way exactly do the models go then, tusks facing right?

Yup I know I can, it just costs more/requires more time if it isn't one they already pre-cut. That's why I was hoping the ones they already have would work so I could avoid that

Thanks for the info so far guys
