I'd personally ring GW first, but be honest on where you brought it from if they ask. At worst they'd tell you to go to Wayland, but its been my experience that GW tend to resolve issues from their independant retailers.

ebay, not so much.

Ok good, anyone got some conformation for this?

What confirmation do you need? MDS has it right.

You call GW, describe the issue, they invariably send you a replacement and you get to keep the original.

A retailer will almost certainly require you to send the defective item back. Depending on how long ago you received the item you may be required to pay for the postage to return it. IIRC if it is within 7 days you don't.

Seems an obvious choice to me, certainly from my experience anyway.

I purchased from Wayland games at their Salute stand almost a year ago and everything was cool.
I made two purchases from their website after that, last year, and both times there were problems. First it wasn't in stock when it said it was so i had a 3 week wait, and then they sent me the wrong item and I had a month long wait to get the right item.
I'll never use their web business again, they were curt in their emails and unfriendly in their tone.
Plenty of other web stores to buy from, I'll be looking elsewhere.
