At T5 due to the Twolf, the only thing ID him are Str 10 weapons and Force Weapons. Not only is he fast enough to strike before most Force Weapons outside of GK Halberds, but his 3++ save will keep him going against anything bar GK. Also, T 5 will make it harder for other models to wound, forcing GK squads and Lvl 1 Psykers to use hammerhand to wound on tthe 4+, or wound on 5+ but get a Chance at ID. As I said, you're fast enough to strike before anythinfg bar Halberd spam, and Str 6 power weapon attacks munch on MEQ, even GK. in addition, you get 4 or 5 attacks base due to the Thunderwolf. This, combined with a 12"+Fleet charge and Warrior Born will tear through any MEQ unit except 10 paladins. In addition, I assume he leads the other Twolves? Then you also have their damage to do.
All in all, any CC ID problems are void bar GK Halberd spam, especially on Paladins.
His 2+ armour will keep him safe from anything less than Demo Cannons and Orbital Strikes when it comes to Str 10, and even then he has a 2/3 chance of passing his SS save.
I think I have made my point very cleaer. Go for Warrior Born.
