Hey so ive been toying around with Eldar army lists. But as im new to them I cant put together anything that I think would work out. So ive decided to take it to you guys, I only have a few requirments of things that I really want in my army. Fuegan (cause I love his fluff and model), and Fire dragons. Plays style wise, Id prefer to be more shooting than CC but be able to deal with CC if I have to, but I dont want to be stuck in one area shooting things I want to be very mobile. And before I forget 2000 point army please and thank you.

To use Fire Dragons, you need transport. Falcons or Wave Serpents willl do that. The short range of fusion guns means you need to get up close, fast.
If you are getting tanks, go Mechdar.
So, don't bother looking at Guardians (except maybe Storm Guardians), the Avatar, or Wraithlords.

To fill in your list, you'll want to take 5-man Dire Avenger squads, in Wave Serpents. Sit them on the objective in their tank, or use it to block LoS.
Fire Prisms will give you lots of shootiness. Don't just take 1, though. Take 2 or 3. A Night Spinner is an alternative.
A squadron of 3 War Walkers can fill the 3rd Heavy Support slot, if you don't use Falcons.
Farseers are always useful, kept in a WS.
Dark Reapers are expensive, but might fit your theme.

When outfitting, Scatter Lasers are fairly long range, and have lots of S6 firepower.
Use them on the WW, or EML/BL combos for anti-tank.

For Fast Attack, I would use Warp Spiders, but I get told they're not optimal.

I can't really recommend dark reapers in the current 5th edition. With heavy weapons on foot they will spend whole turns just with walking and it is far too easy for an opponent to outmaneuver them. I used them with success against Tyranids, but that is pretty specific.

On the other hand I have used Warp Spiders and they worked for me. They'll have to fit into your strategy, used alone they are not very impressive, but in the right context they can work.

Thanks for advice sounds good. One question though, should I take an exarch with the Dire Avengers. Ive heard bladestorm can be helpful just pop them out bladestorm then get them back in the wave serpant. Also with the Farseer im guessing that one of the poweres ill want to take is guide but is there anything else I should take?

This guide is great. I've been playing Eldar for a while and I still found it very helpful.

Guide doesn't help with twin-linked, but is good for everything else.
Fortune is useful for the Wraithlords and Avatar. Not sure how useful in cc, but read up. Avoid Eldrich Storm, unless you're up against a low-T horde army.

I use the DA squads with the 2-gun Exarch. Bladestorm is great, as you can pop back in the WS while reloading the next turn.

Most useful psychic power? Doom hands down. Its a force multiplier and it can benefit multiple units in your army (as long as they shoot or assault the doomed unit they get that re-roll to wound) whereas guide is only one squad which unless its eldrad i dont find to be a very effective use of a psychic power. Dont forget with spirit stones the farseer can use up to 2 psychic powers a turn (though not the same one twice).

A few jetbikes never hurt in a mech list either, saves points on transports (i unno i dont do standard mech list so i will likely get chewed out for this, but hey i win games, including nearly tabling a blood angels player the other day (those damn guys with the cups are so broken!!!) But anyways what i was getting at was jetbikes have the mobility youre looking for and since youre not going super competetive shinning spears can be alot of fun too.

reapers are good for one thing, F(@* space marines (specifically space wolves) lists, str 5 ap3 heavy 2, and a str 4 ap3 blast 2/3 , take one squad, blow up transports and let reapers clean up what was in the razerback/rhino

but yea in general I'd agree, fo rhte points you can do better with points , but still anythign that ruins a space marine player's day is good in my book

You can probably just build a regular mechanized list around Fuegan and Fire Dragons, get some Dire Avengers, stick everyone in Wave Serpents, and buy a few Falcons or Fire Prisms, you're pretty much set.
