The frazzle psychic ability says that it is a blast template. it also says it auto hits

does it still scatter or do you put it where you want it and bam there it is.

zog wort has bs of zero, which if i recall means he cant shoot weapons. would his psychic ability count as shooting (frazzle zap) or since they auto hit he could care less about his ability of not owning a firearm

pretty sure its the latterbut hey thought i would ask

on the other hand Nobz they decided it was in the best interest of ork society that they "Go Green" as such they specifically modified their warbikes to not make giant smoke, dust, grit, clouds. Instead they are all about driving with clean air, one might say their bikes Gak out rainbows.

It auto hits - so it lands where you plate it without scatter.

Yes due to the power specifically stating it automatically hits, that's specific vs a general rule, so it still hits with no scatter.

If the vehicle moves over 6", then NO passengers may shoot (not weapons, not PSAs, not bananas nor potato slugs. May NOT shoot) - unless he disembarks first.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Not sure this would work for Weirdboys. Using their powers is not optional, they HAVE to roll on the powers chart.

the wierd boy would still b forced to use a power, it just would not resolve as he is not able to shoot, this apply's both rules with the minimum of fuss

If he can't shoot the power, his attacks become power weapon attacks, since he must use his powers even if in assault.

"Can't" beats "must". It's as easy as that.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

Pg. 37 paragraph 2. he is not in combat when his transport is speeding down the battlefeild. so if you roll a 2 or a 3 and the transport has moved more than 6" (7" with red paint) then the weirdboy can not shoot is all. if you roll a 1 according to the Ork FAQ the vehicle takes a str 6 hit on rear Armour.
