I am sorry for the issue at hand. As you can imagine the variables involved in shipping are both numerous and complex, and we do our very best to make sure every package is both packed and price accurately.
We also have several staff members that check out eBay messages everyday, so issues like this hopefully do not get out of hand. I have not heard of any issues involving shipping overages lately, as I would be the one to refund you via paypal. So I would assume that the messages you sent were lost along the way perhaps?

While I'm not sure what the exact specifics are about the case, as you can see from our feedback, we're not really in the business of misleading anyone.

My only complaint about Spikey Bits was ever selling off Battlewagon Bits. BB is unusable now. Glad SB is around, though.

I have made quite a few orders from Spikey Bits ebay store. All of them came fast and were in fine shape.

The only complaint I have about the company is the absolutely shamefully terrible posts they make over at BOLS to plug their shop.

It's seriously bad and needs to stop. BOLS is already nothing but a big blinking ad, it doesn't need more.

I am obviously trying to promote a Kickstarter going on right now, by exposing myself and what I am trying to do with the community.

Go read some of the BOLS articles that Man Boy Genius has put up.

They are absolutely terrible articles, sometimes a couple of sentences long, put on the front page, where their only goal is to put a little plug at the bottom of them.

I'm not the only person that thinks this way, good look for yourself.
