No he can't not without approval of the State Senate. If he did that is in direct Viloation of State Law. He could be charged with many law breaking. Of course he could of reappealed that too and consolidated all the power to himself. I really hope someone just arrests him for something stupid.

This i can agree with, Men need money because they have to buy crap for women. Men who are dating have to show that they are nice and therefore have to pay for dinner, drinks, shopping, gas to pick them up. Women have it alot easier when it comes to saving money because men are dumb when it comes to the other gender. This of course is my personal thoughts about this. And come on, men need the money to make their wallets look bigger so women want to talk to us. Thats just plain common sense there. Also, Don't forget, Men with out hair, either have to be smooth talkers or have money. Same goes for fat men.

Historically yes. They were one of the leading states in the 1880's -1940's labor movements.
However, more recent times (i.e. since GW's first election) it has been a battle ground state. Very Purple with about a 50/50 split between righties and lefties.

Just that thread a while ago where Saudi Arabia was put on the Women's Rights Council in the UN, you seemed pretty upset over that.
I'll admit I never saw this coming from the US, but now that it has it almost makes the Saudis look like liberals. And nobody thinks Saudis should be considered liberal.

Will do.
However thats way north. You ever walk a 13+ wiener dog? Supercruise for TBone is about .0001 mile an hour, not counting stops where he has to figure out what planet he's on. Maybe I can hook up a saddle on top of Rusty the Tank for him, elephant style. It might take us a while, but once we get there its

Don't mess with Mrs. Frazzled. Somehow ON MY BIRTHDAY she managed to finagle final ownership of my heavily tweaked Beretta from me, get a completely new Beretta, and arrange for me to buy her her own personalized order of a half batch of wine. Hey!

No, because we already have federal laws against wage discrimination. Plus, because the wonders of federalism, if Wisconsin magically is able to pay women less than men without the fed getting involved, women can take of their high heels and poodle skirts and cross the boarder into another state.
Want to get rich? Find a woman, and have her find a job ANYWHERE in the US where women get paid less than men. You'd be a millionaire instantly. it is true that once you add up benefits and other aspects of business life, that over many DECADES women may get paid less, but as for an hourly wage or salary, no, women get paid just as much as men. One of the bigger societal myths that still hangs around post 80's.
Are there rare employers that may try to pay women 9 bucks and hour while men get paid 9.20 an hour without people noticing? Of course, but when they get found out, you sue, and end that issue right there and then. There are people who try to find wage discrimination across the US just so they can sue and get rich, which unlike the idiot who faked a slip and fall in front of my house, is something I support.
