This is an idea I've been planning for a while, and just fairly recently actually started work on. A daemon prince fused with machines. I'm still adding the finishing touches, and I thought I'd ask some opinions on the progress so far.

The main body is the gw daemon prince, the hands are from the ba dreadnought. The mask is a defiler head, and the horns on it are two of the fingers from the dp's "f*** you" hand.

The leg is from an IG sentinal, the toes from the ba dreadnought again.

The wing is mostly dp wing, with a bunch of machine bits and whatnot I found in my bitz box.

The skulls are all from different sets that I've collected over time. The book is from the csm terminator lord. I took it off a different model, so it has some paint on it.

I can't decide what color his skin should be. His armor will be word bearers red & silver, so I want something that will kind of stand out, but still match well. I also need a daemon sounding name.

C&c appreciated.

You could try to either add raised circuitry with green stuff or with paint.... Like tony stark had when he was being poisoned in Ironman 2, starting from the machine parts all square and circuitry like then becoming more organic the further it gets toward more organic bits.

This looks pretty fething epic

I love all the little details you've added, and the whole model ties together superbly

I think a really dark blue would be great for the skin and provide a nice contrast with the, presumably, bright red and shiny silver armour.

That looks great! Reminds me of the cyberdemon from Doom.

Nice...I especially like it since I used the same Defiler mask on a DP Im working on...however I fit it to the DP head with the horns coming out the side.

I'm also not sure if I should paint the talons as metal or bone. Which would look better?

I did something like this myself, it was a prince/dread and the talons looked much better painted like power weapons than bone

Out of curiosity, was it like a daemon prince coming out of a dreadnought body?
