Hmm...without a bit of fluff for the Commander, there is not much to rate him on.

Shouldn't this be in the custom char-tread?

lower strength, S10 is not necessary espiecally taking into account his 12" move

Seems pretty reasonable to me. He is a beast but seems fairly appropriately costed. Props for not giving him EW.

I like it! But as a side note, Fearless replaces ATSKNF.

Looks decent; I'd advise reducing the range of his special rule to 6" instead of 12", though, FNP to all models in 12" seems a bit much (you can fit a lot of models into 156 square inches, fewer into 42 square inches).

If anything, he's overpriced.

Fast moving Str10 is v. powerful, but he's left vulnerable as he's in1. Compare him to other 250pts models and it seems he contributes fairly little to the army and doesn't warrant such a high cost. Anywhere between 200 and 230pts should be fair IMHO.

This. 265 points for someone with a 4++ who isn't EW is expensive as gak, and he's not THAT good.

Definately not OP. I'd price between 225-250.

265 is a little steep, even for a model that grants a FNP bubble. I'd say more like 225, as this guy only adds FNP to the army, as opposed to, say, Shrike, which adds fleet to all and infiltrate to his own squad.
