It makes sense that Aleph would have some good hackers.

Medium I guess they don't do light other than infiltrators. But wow these guys are good. Mrymidon has great defense with the ODD, and the Deva has great WIP and BTS. Post-humans come with baggage, meaning they have to have 2-3 of them to even have a hacker. The two options though are good. Low cost, high WIP and good BTS.

MYRMIDON Hacker (Hacking Device) Combi Rifle, Nanopulser, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, AP CCW (37 | 0.5)
MOV:4-4 CC:17 BS:12 PH:13 WIP:13 ARM:2 BTS:0 W:1
Martial Arts L3, ODD: Optical Disruptor, Hacking Device

DEVA Hacker (Hacking Device) Combi Rifle, Nanopulser / Pistol, Knife (35 | 0.5)
MOV:4-4 CC:14 BS:12 PH:11 WIP:15 ARM:2 BTS:-3 W:1
V: No Wound Incapacitation, Hacking Device

PROXY Mk.1 Hacker (Hacking Device) Combi Rifle, Nanopulser / Pistol, Knife (22 | 0.5)
MOV:4-4 CC:13 BS:13 PH:11 WIP:15 ARM:2 BTS:-3 W:1
CH: Mimetism, V: No Wound Incapacitation, Hacking Device

Heavy The only one for the Aleph but pretty good with a HD+, with WIP, -6 BTS. This is not one to sneeze at.

ASURA Hacker (Hacking Device Plus) Combi Rifle, Nanopulser / Pistol, AP CCW (77 | 0.5)
MOV:4-4 CC:16 BS:14 PH:14 WIP:15 ARM:5 BTS:-6 W:2
V: No Wound Incapacitation, Multispectral Visor L3, Hacking Device Plus

Infiltration Both very good WIP and abilities. The Dasyu can be a bit more aggressive. the Proxy you almost need to be because the main weapon is a boarding shotgun.

NAGA Hacker (Hacking Device) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife (37 | 0.5)
MOV:4-4 CC:13 BS:12 PH:12 WIP:14 ARM:1 BTS:0 W:1
CH: Camouflage, Infiltration, V: Dogged, Hacking Device

DASYU Hacker (Hacking Device) Combi Rifle, Nanopulser / Pistol, Knife (46 | 0.5)
MOV:4-4 CC:13 BS:12 PH:13 WIP:14 ARM:1 BTS:0 W:1
CH: TO Camouflage, Infiltration, V: No Wound Incapacitation, Hacking Device

PROXY Mk.2 Hacker (Hacking Device) Boarding Shotgun, Nanopulser / Pistol, Knife (27 | 0.5)
MOV:4-4 CC:13 BS:13 PH:13 WIP:15 ARM:1 BTS:0 W:1
CH: TO Camouflage, Infiltration, V: No Wound Incapacitation, Hacking Device

You know, after looking at all the hackers compared to Aleph ones, I just realized how good the Aleph hackers really are. I always saw WIP 15 as 'pretty good' rather than the highest you could get.

I usually use the Deva Hacker or the Posthuman Mk1 Hacker when I want to field remotes, and this comparative listing rather supports my view.

...and I honestly forgot Myrmidons had a Hacker...

Thanks for this exhaustive comparison.

The Posthuman Mk II hacker starts to look really nifty, compared to the almost identical Dasyu hacker that costs nearly 20 pts more. I'm starting to reconsider the Mk III with Spitfire, too, in that light -- a Mk II hacker and Mk III with spitfire, plus a netrod to make up for the lost order, are only 13 pts more than the Dasyu alone. And effectively you get a free Heavy Infantry with spitfire -- like an Asura light...
