Can they take 1 like other chapters or 3 for 3 heavy support slots?

There's no limit of 1 in the other SM codexes... BA can take 11 or 12 I think...

"Normal" marines can take five - one for each heavy support slot, one for a squad of regular termies, one for a squad of assault termies.
Blood Angels and Templars can take them as dedicated transports for a variety of squads so can have significantly more.

lol I thought that there was a limit to the number of landraiders you could take  I think it was the termies that got me with there limit. Does that mean 4 for grey knights then or 3 for heavy support?

No GK unit can take a LR as a DT.
The limit is 3 Land Raiders in the Heavy Support slot.

Only one assault termi squad can take a land raider, and only one normal termi squad can.
