Is one of the dreads missing its exhausts? There don't seem to be any pipes sticking up above the shoulders.

No, it's there, but on regular Dreadnought models the exhausts are far shorter.

Pictures 16 & 17 - Would you mind sharing how you did the purple on that sword? I'm at a loss for how to paint my powers swords so they look like more vibrant and that looks fantastic!
