Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up on the best price I've found on Colossals so far. I've been searching around for the past few days. These are even lower than Miniature Market. Found them here.

Conquest $89.97
Animantarax $68.77
Stormwall/Pods $89.97

I don't know if anyone else is as obsessive about these Colossals, but thought I'd share

I was cautiously hopeful for a bit, but I smell something fishy when I see discounted extreme sculpts listed there. The extreme models are PP online exclusives and as far as I know are not available on any stocklist.
Do you know of anyone that has dealt with them before? I don't think I would trust a store with discounted exclusives and 90% out of stock without them having some good feedback.

I decided to send them an email and see what I get back. It may be that they are legit and I don't want to condenm them just because they are too good.

Edit: I got a reply to the email and I think they are legit enough to at least give them a small order.

I hear you. I looked around their homepage and it seems really active. Their Mission is on point too. They have a storefront in Tulsa, OK with awesome reviews.

Let me know what you hear back from that email. I'm close to pulling the trigger but not quite sure.

I got a email reply fast and they put many of my concerns to rest. I still don't know that I would put in a big order, but I would be confident enough in their legitimacy to spend about $50 and see for myself.

The short story is: They were one of the larger monsterpocalypse fan-bases and are now starting warmachine. They only really have starter-friendly stock at the moment. Their brick and mortar store apparently allows them to order extreme sculpts ( that last one is still the most suspect since I don't recall the warstore ever offering them.)

The FLGS in Baton Rouge was able to order Extreme Sculpts for customers.

I wouldn't want to do that without the sender's permission. I'm sure he would be happy with his business being defended, but I still don't feel right posting private emails without approval of the sender.

It is more a matter of respect than confidentiality, but I just emailed him back and asked if he minded; he did not mind of course so here it is:

"Haha, totally understand! I can see why we would look fishy. Let me give you a little rundown that will (hopefully) alleviate your concerns.

We started online back in 2007 as a very small site selling Spoils TCG cards/singles. We then got into Monsterpocalypse and completely fell in love with that game. We focused on it almost exclusively for a few years, and then after Privateer essentially abandoned it, we started looking for other quality games to support and sell. Naturally our Monsterpocalypse history gave us a lot of exposure to Warmachine/Hordes, so we picked that up and loved it. That was only about 4-5 months ago. We actually got turned onto the game by a demo that DC gave us at GenCon, but didn't pick it up for a while after that. You can find that video here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_t2AKRVYKx8

The things about Warmachine/Hordes is that you can't stock it as an online retailer - you have to have a physical location. So we just played it and wrote some blogs about it, and then last month we opened our first retail location and were then able to actually stock the product in our store. We went ahead and took every Warmachine/Hordes figure, cropped it, and uploaded it to our store in preparation for our entrance into Warmahordes.

As you might imagine, stocking Warmahordes is really expensive. We chose to start with an inventory composed mainly of figures that appeal to new players, like the Battleboxes and the add-ons to those early forces. We're running a Journeyman League right now, so that's where our budget is focused. We'd love to stock everything, but it will be a little while until we can get there. It's a slow process, but it's what we've got to do for now!

Our real focus is on the relationship between ourselves and our customers. We believe in selling at lower prices because we're not ultimately about making lots of money through retail. It's an important aspect, for sure, but we'd rather have people blogging on teamcovenant.com, building the Warmachine/Hordes community, and changing the way gaming is done. Lower prices help us do that, but so does top notch customer service and the occasional 'thank you' to our customers (such as the Colossal preorder).

Long story short, we're all about helping people get the games they want, but especially about building communities online and off. Games are all about connecting with other people. The group of us that started Team Covenant became friends when we were 11 years old over the Star Wars TCG, and we've been hoping to facilitate those kinds of friendships ever since. You can find more through our 'Mission' page.

I kind of rambled around a bit here, but I hope that alleviates your concern. Customer service is probably our top priority, and if you were to ask folks about us through a blog or forum post, you'd (hopefully!) get some positive recommendations. We're new to Warmachine/Hordes, so we're still trying to build that side of the website up.

If there's anything else I can help you with, please do let me know!

Cheers"

I have used http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/discountgamesinc/StoreFront in the past. The owner is a host on the Chain-Attack podcast. However they do not have pre-orders. If anything, I would give the podcast a listen.

Team Covenant was exclusively MonPoc. I ordered a non-blind
buy army from them a few years back. Big Gorillas (the minis
I mean). They even gave me a helpful tactics sheet for playing
the army!

Having said that, I'm going to end up paying where I play. I
almost exclusively game at local shops, so I intend to spend
the money at those very same shops.

Two people with literally no other posts just show up and suddenly start singing the praises of all the great deals offered by a small independant retailer?

We in law enforcement refer to that as a CLUE.

I appreciate that your a legit retailer with good deals ( in fact the mon poc armies Malfred mentioned sound pretty cool TBH, having a good starting core like that might actually motivate me enough to get into the game and start collecting), but if your the owner or otherwise associated just come out and admit it, the smoke and mirrors I don't appreciate so much.

I'm not an owner. I just noticed that people were talking about deals and figured I would throw my two cents in. If I was an owner, I don't think I would start an account a year ago, wait around for a random night and throw out a link in my first post ever. That would be piss poor marketing. I also have no local game store to go spend my money at. If there was, you better believe I would support it, it is rather rude to go play at a place of business and then turn around and not help support them.

I wish I owned that website...i'd order all of my retribution army

I've been lurking here for a while, finally started playing warmahordes (retribution) and was trying to find colossals for my buddy (khador) and myself. Obviously I couldn't find mine, but I did find the Conquest and thought I'd share the best prices i found.

Now i'm thinking about picking up cygnar just for that colossal! Oh warmachine why must you toy with my heart.

Team Covenant is totally legit. I've ordered from them before and they're great.

They're the only reason Monsterpocalypse still has any following at all.

40k: Nids, Orks, Guard, GSC
AOS: Vampires, Beastmen, Ogres, Dwarves
WarmaHordes: Menoth, Legion, Skorne, Convergence
Dropzone Commander: All 5
Infinity: Combined Army
Malifaux: Arcanists, Neverborn, Guild
Dark Age: Forsaken
Flames of War: Germany
