Hello everyone! I figure I should start a thread here since there is considerably more traffic than the official Dust boards and BGG boards.

Due to me having so many WIP photos I'd like to include links to the FFG thread I started a while ago and my BGG gallery. I'd appreciate if anyone has the time to take a look at those and see the stuff I've been working on before starting this thread. I'd love to hear some feedback on my work. I'll be updating this thread at the same time as the FFG one from this point on.

The Dust Tactics minis begin on page 17 if anyone cares to browse that far back.

I appreciate all feedback!

Thanks!

Thought I'd add a few from the gallery since I don't think most people will sift through it.

These are great I'm going to have to look at Dust Tactics models again are you planning to do any of the walkers?

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

Yup! I have 4 of the original core sets (saving 2) and one of everything else released so far. It's a lot to paint! I haven't done any of my walkers yet.

Here is where I ended last nights session.

I'm calling Stefan done.

Sigrid needs her eyes (ugh) and some small highlights.

Angela still needs her face, washing and highlights. I'm happy with how her base came out.

Same for The Chef

and for The Priest

Here is Manfred. He is my first attempt at doing peadot cammo. The photo isn't that clear but I think it came out ok. Need to do his face and wash/highlights as well. I'm really liking the way the oil paints wash works and I'm excited to see it on these. So far the only ones who's had it are Grenadier X, Sigrid, and Stefan.

Thanks for looking Please leave comments!

These are great, really like the camo on Manfred the red is nicely done.
I'm going to have to pull out my Dust Tactics starter set and get a bit of paint slapped on 'em.

Thanks for the reply!

Manfred is based in Kemri Brown, then spotted with Vallejo Hot Orange. I can't remember the last color but it's basically a dark brown. I'm excited to see how he looks darkened up with the wash and with his highlights.

Another cracking paint job, you manage to get a good comic book feel about them.
Could I suggest / request that you take some shots in front of a plain background?

Thank you for all the great feedback guys! I'd love to get more traffic in here for sure! Dust Tactics and now Warfare are both great games. I know the scene and most of these boards is dominated by GW games but I do appreciate anyone who takes the time to look and especially post in here!

The comments are very motivating.

Thanks again!

Hi.

I'm very interested on DUST miniature.

Could you tell us how is their quality ?

Thanks.

The quality is very good. Some of the thinner parts like the long gun barrels or antenna are a bit bendy. Not at all like cheap boardgame minis. But overall the models are strong and have great detail!
