Doing my captain now, added a fair amount of parchment/loincloths but i dont know how to paint them right.

I usually do dheneb stone followed by skull white highlight, devlan mud was all over. This makes the cloth look absolutely worn and dirty but I would like mine to be a bit "cleaner".
For paints, I dont have bleached bone, won't get some for a long time, my store dosen't have stock of gryphonne sepia (they never sold apparently)
All I have are most of the old brown paints, whites and devlanmud/badab black.

Need help on this, couldn't find a guide that dosen't include bleached bone/sepia.

I do skull white, devlan mud, then highlight with skull white again. Looks worn but still clean.

Grab some Gryphonne Sepia in Trinoma, but I guess that's too far away. You can try not washing it with Devlan, just blending the Skull White on Dheneb Stone, and maybe a 50/50 mix of both paints for midtones.

Snakebite Leather base, 75/25 mix of Snakebite/Skull White, devlan mud, drybrush skull white.

Its a shame you can't get them, because snakebite/bleached bone/gryphonne sepia/skull white really kills with the purity seals.

I figured a new way, snakebite leather base,4:1 dheneb stone snakebite leather (leaving the snakebite in those folds), light wash of devlan mud in the recesses again, 4:1:2 dheneb snakebite and white (looks like bleached bone) , white highlights on top of folds and dry brush on the flatter areas
