Both of those models look great. Love the weathered paint effect on the shoulders. Are these models any cheaper than the Forge World titans?

DFG is currently reproducing these guys as a plastic kit. That could drop the price to less than 100 USD while making conversions that much easier.
That Mortis Titan would make a great "Daemon Prince" for an Iron Warriors army.
