Hey guys,

I love Turn based RPG and would like to hear suggestions what to play. Graphics are kind of important, I can't force myself to play NWN1 anymore..

Best of those I played so far was:
Joan d'Ark on PSP
DnD smth also on PSP

I like Heroes of MM series (except the last 1. hate it)
Also I tried and played most of mainstream games on PC, but maybe I missed some jewels on PSP, or something new on PC...

Also gonna make this double topic:

Any games / mods? for WHF / 40k universe?
I tried to play battle march, also played DOW 1/2, tried modules on medieval II, civilization III (was too old), the game where you shoot chaos as an Ultramarine (lol) on psp..
I don't think I missed any games, but mods are concerning me, maybe some of you know something

Hopes for good suggestions,

Void

Final fantasy tactics is my favourite game of all time and probably the best turn based rpg. 40k Squad command was fairly decent as well. Both available on psp.

No idea what you're on about. You mention NWN1, a PC role playing game, then you mention gameboy games (PSP, samething), then a PC RTS game.
Seriously what are you saying.
Regarding 40k mods, as far as I know there are none. Actual decent,well-produced mods are rare as hens teeth. Doubly so considering 40k's obscurity. I know there was one being worked on for civilisation 3 ages and ages ago but it got dumped when civ 4 came along and it died. This is like 10 years ago though

Ever thought 40k would be a lot better with bears?

If you can get them to run there is Chaos Gate, Final Liberation, and that one with the Eldar that is based on Panzer General I can't think of the name of.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

Star Wars: Knights of the old republic, one of my favorite games of all time. It has turn based combat and a great story, just avoid the sequel.
Its pretty dated now graphics wise but considering you play NWN1 this would be a step up.

I remember a turn based WHFB game as well, I think it was called Dark Omen. Cant say if it was good or not as it was way too long since I played it but give it a whirl if you can find it/get it to run on a modern computer.

Oh and pretty much the best RPG of all time, Chrono Trigger for the SNES. If you dont have a SNES lying around just search the interwebz for an emulator and the ROM.
