First proper crack at airbrushing, so any and all feedback would be appreciated. Final highlights and details were applied with traditional paintbrushes, which is definitely sloppy in places. I'm much happier with the blending on the Tyrant, but I like the contrast better on the 'thropes.

I think they looks great. Where are the bases from?

I am by no means an airbrush expert, but this looks like a good first couple tries. While the blending is good, I think there is some room to improve it with some more practice. No real critiques though other than practice!

Love that blue you got on the carapace/bone armor or whatever it is.

You can probably get better depth of focus on your camera. Looks good on the thropes with the blurry ones in the back, but you need enough depth to get the whole base in.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm painting some Tyrant Guard next and already I feel like it's getting easier to control the airbrush. I definitely want to push the contrast a little harder this time.

UCV: I have no idea where the bases are from. I got these models from a private sale. If I had to guess it'd be Back to Base-ix or something similar.

The blue carapace looks really cool; what colours did you use?
