It's just a model. You could make it counts as something else.

It is a model for Necromunda, one of GW's specialist games. The models have no rules in 40k, but they might make cool bodyguards for an Imperial Guard Commander.

Just figure the best stand-in you can. I might base them separately and run them as bodyguards for a company commander in an IG army.
