Made this armored car from a Lindberg 1/35 SdKfz 222 German armored car model kit ($13).
It was too long, so I sawed off about 1 & 1/2" inches from the center of the hull and cobbled it together.
It serves as a proxy for an armored sentinel. Colonel Straken was painted using the IG Codex as a reference.

Sweet! Can you take a close up of straken? That's one awesome model and I dig the car. I actually have that model from tamiya in 1/32 scale. Germans had some interesting looking vehicles in ww2

Nice work!

WWII themed vehicles are always interesting to convert.

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.

Thanks. That's about the best photo I'm able to take with my camera. I plan to borrow one with a better lens for macro shots
to shoot my entire IG Army soon.
