I have a selection of miniatures I want to strip. I can't get my hands on any easy green as I'm a brit. I don't want to buy any of that monitor cleaner as it costs about £14 (I don't know how many dollars that is, probably around $18). Does anybody know any very cheap way of stripping metals/resins?

http://www.dakkadakka.com/wiki/en/Dakka_Modeling_FAQ:_How_to_Strip... will give you a hand on how to use your chosen stripping agent, Fairy Power Spray or Dettol. However, you mentioned resin. Normal resin should be fine, but Finecast can go rubbery. Don't know which strippers are safe for it.
