Here is what happend..
my computer runs slow, so i went to remove programs,
and well took off the wrong ones, i cant remember...
So i went to look for system restore. I diddent see it.

So i google why, it seems older computers diddent come with it, i saw. So what do i do..*this is where you want to club me* i google free system restore... i found one, and down loaded it...well it seems there was a bonus package...im a Proud owner of Windows safty check point... Grrr.. and i cant ''for the life of me'' take it off!

(***really thinking i should just stick with, just using the internet!***)

So would any of you fine gents tell me how i can get a real, System restore?

So i can get rid of that, and get my other programs back?..

If it works, i'll send you one of my Shirts i got printed up.

***falls to knees crying like a baby***

Get a new OS. How old is your current one that it doesn't have system restore? What, 98?
You can get XP on ebay for a fiver.

You can simply stick your windows disc in and select/click the repair option if you want the normal OS back.

Uninstalling tends to work better in safe mode. Getting to it depends on your computer but F8 or F12 tend to get you into boot options on startup.

Should your computer actually have some power to it, then upgrade to a new OS. Make sure you meet the system requirements, otherwise your new OS will be slower than your old one.

I am pretty sure XP was the first Windows OS that came with a system restore.
Although in the end, the best bet for you is to just get a new computer, Windows 2000 is dated to put it mildly.
