Good day everyone. I've been a longtime lurker here and finally decided to register and begin posting. My first introduction to wargaming was with Dark Future in the late 80's, a Games Workshop vehicle battle game scaled to Hot Wheels cars. A few years later I got the shiny new 2nd edition 40K boxed set and my obsession with Orks began. Although I found my interest was more in painting and modelling (especially conversions) than in actually playing the game. Except for Necromunda, of which I played a lot. Coming from an RPG background, I found the continuity and advancement of gangers to my liking. I picked up GorkaMorka and rejoiced in the idea of a Necromunda style game with Orks. However, that was about the same time that my gaming group dispersed to the four winds, so my GorkaMorka and 40K games sat forlorn in boxes for many years.

In recent years, the new Ork vehicles caught my eye and the modelling bug once again bit me. Hard. I now have a goodly supply of Ork vehicles thanks to my FLGS and extra bitz thanks to bitz sellers on Ebay and I plan to post pics of my creations. Stay tuned.

Hi and welcome to Dakka!

Astra Militarum
Iron Warriors Army: Enyo Company
Enyo (Greek: Ενυώ, English translation: "warlike" in Greek mythology; Roman: Bellona), was an ancient goddess of war, acting as a counterpart and companion to the war god Ares. She is also identified as his sister, and daughter of Zeus and Hera in a role closely resembling that of Eris; with Homer in particular representing the two as the same goddess. As goddess of war, Enyo is responsible for orchestrating the destruction of cities

If I may make a suggestion, try sending yourself a PM when testing things like this. I do this all the time if I'm trying to learn something new about the forum. It avoids having to resurrect old threads to test something.

That said, nice pics!

Also, (assuming 18 posts means you're new here), welcome to Dakka!
