I decided to get back to my favorite army and start some foot eldar.
eldrad
avatar
10 dire avengers
10 dire avengers
10 guardians, cannon
warlock, conceal, singing spear
5 firedragons
2 warwalkers, 4 scatterlaser
wraithlord, eml, brightlance
x2
=1243
I play dark eldar now so this will be a change of pace for me. I always wanted to play a tactically dense army and I think this is a way to go. I was thinking either firedragons or scorpions. Dont know which would go better, maybe scorpions since dragons can't shoot too far? Any tips or ideas?

Popular wisdom says you're going to have a very tough time with this army. I'm no expert on Eldar, but just looking at your list, you're going to have a very tough time cracking enemy armor. Those five Fire Dragons will be a priority target, and once they're gone, goodbye anti-tank. Plus they likely will never get into range to use those fusion guns without the ability to pop out of a wave serpent right in the enemy's face. You really need them to kill AV14 though. I suggest increasing the unit size, or running a hybrid list with Fire Dragons in a WS to be sure they end up where you need them.
I think Eldrad is also going to be spread thin trying to buff your whole army, but I don't have much experience with him. The Avatar I've only ever been able to use as a giant bullet sponge, and then only when he's constantly Fortuned. Same with wraithlords for the most part, prepare for your bright lances to miss whenever you actually need to kill something. Two of them in a ~1000 pt list could be kind of nasty for your opponent though.
Anyway I think footdar, or a foot/mech hybrid list, are tons of fun, just not very effective. Good luck playing them!

I don't think you've got your focus right here.
Personally, this is what i'd do:
Keep Eldrad and Avatar, the core of any footdar army for me.
Drop the Dire Avengers, for at least two squads of Guardians. I'd not bother with warlocks at 1250 points. I'd try and get a 4th Guardian squad as well, 2/3 BL, 1/2 Scatter Laser/s.
I'd drop the fire dragons, and also the War walkers.
Take another Wraithlord, and if you can fit them in, some harelquins with a shadowseer.
(Basically, Avatar, Eldrad, Halrequins (Inc Shadowseer) 3+ Guardian squads, 2 Wraithlords)

The main heavy anti-tank comes from both wraithlords eml and brightlance along with the firedragons and then less so the avatar and warlock. Light anti- tank comes from scatterlasers. I don't feel like it is enough antitank but transports wont be a problem because of fire dragons. Everything but the avengers has anti tank ability now that I think about it.
I thought about making the guardian squad bigger by dropping a unit of avengers then adding another 5 man firedragon unit. 2 troops seems a bit light to me though.

I'd advise dropping the Avatar, you're putting a third of your army into two HQ models here. The other guy points a couple of hero-killer units at you, that's a third of your army gone early (Vindicare Assassin, hits the Avatar and Eldrad both with Shield-Breaker rounds, they're both basically defenseless before the might of massed psycannons. For instance).
Take soldiers that can either handle themselves in close combat or have long-ranged shooting ability. Dire Avengers and Fire Dragons should never be taken on foot, replace them with more Guardian Defenders and Howling Banshees/Harlequins/Striking Scorpions.
Don't rely on Wraithlords for shooting, lower BS on War Walkers is more than made up for by the fact that you can have three times as many guns for the same Heavy Support slot and barely greater points cost, plus Guide mitigates the lower BS pretty well.
Guardian Defenders shouldn't be equipped with shuriken cannons, they should be geared for longer-ranged shooting.
