Subject: Does a BT Chaplain retain his Crozius after new weapons are bought?

Hello everyone! Today we have a question courtesy of Army Builder:
The Chaplain can never ever rid himself of his crozius. You can buy him a Storm bolter and a powerfist, and the Crozius will remain on him.
This is due, in part, I think to the fact that you never have permission to lose / replace the Crozius.
However, the armory makes it quite clear that you may not have more than 2 weapons.
So if I buy a Chaplain a Lightning Claw and Storm Shield, what happens to his Crozius?

I don't understand i'm afraid. Where dose it say you can't have more than 2 weapons? I don't think he ever looses it. Appart from anything else it is a Chaplains badge of office.

You cannot get rid of the crozius. Pistols and off hand weapons can be replaced

So then if I have a Skulz set Mechanicus model with a suitably impressive power-axe, a servo-arm, and a storm bolter, could I then run him as:
"Master of Sanctity, Powerfist, Storm Bolter"
and still be WYSIWYG, because the power-axe is his Crozius which he does not lose? This is a counts-as Mechanicus cadre command squad, of course.

Well it isnt wysiwyg, it would still be counts as - it would counts as the crozius as a power axe

Well, wysiwyg in that the model has a power weapon / axe / crozius; a servo-arm, which in the BT armory literally says "counting as a power fist"; and a gun.

It would still be legal, just inform your opponent of what counts as what.
