Here is my first test model for what I hope is the start of a new Necron army. First time ever using weathering powders. SUPER fun to use. Overall I am fairly happy but I do know there are definitely things I could improve. The main thing I know I need to work on is my source lighting as with the weathering powders is something I have never used before. Anyways, let me know what you guys/gals think and if there is anything I could do to improve it.

Still have to clean your base up, otherwise good work.

If you can get that look across your whole army, which you easily can and at a modest time table too, you will have one of the best Necron Armies out there.

Great job. It's not always easy to take Crons somewhere new. Your getting there.

So after a bit more work I finished my first 5 Immortals. I changed things up a bit, did some more work with the Weathering Powders and I also mostly finished the bases (going to add some more details).

Thanks for the comments, always much appreciated. Also, if you would like to see how I did the rust effect I used a tutorial from one of my fav painting sites:

Absolutely Fantabulous.

This makes me want to start a Necron army and paint them to look like rusted cars. Those are amazing 'crons.

My friend, you just accomplished what I had in mind when I started warhammer 4 months ago. I wanted my Crons looking rusty and wore down. Thanks so much for the guide.
