Hmm a minis company by the name of Wargamma has some upcoming things by the end of May. Very interesting stuff to say the least. The giant looks quite reasonable at $40

Arachnoid Mecha Terror

A calculating, evil intelligence is installed into a metal frame, fashioned after a gigantic walking crab. Its deathly grin and cold, scanning eyes strike horror into the souls of the most hardened soldiers.

Features 4 hot-swappable forearms with durable joints, which are removable-- and even reposeable! The 6 legs may also be attached (permanently) in numerous positions for maximum posing options.

Model consists of 24 parts, plus custom 60mm round base and ample clear acrylic support rod for posing attached to base, or elevated (jumping, flying etc). Model stands approx 2" tall when affixed to base (or taller if mounted on acrylic rod). Legspan is up to 3"+, depending on the pose.

Beetloid Mecha Horde

A hungry mechanized wave of flying death beetles, devouring armies as crops before the locust. Its ravenous appetite can only be quenched by stripping the battlefield clean!

Each horde includes 3 Beetloid models (2 flying and 1 with closed wings), 1 custom 40mm round base, and ample clear acrylic support rod for posing the models in flight.

Each Beetloid consists of 8 parts (closed wings version) or 10 parts (flying version). Legs are ball-jointed for permanent assembly in a variety of poses. Beetloid's leg-span is approx. 1 1/4" (3 cm), depending on pose.

Brutal Giant Champion
A cruel titan looms over the battlefield. His mind is twisted, and his body wracked by demonic influence. He adorns his harness with heads plucked from the rabble of his lesser conquests-- those he trampled underfoot, or felled with his mighty cleaver. His long shadow is death.

Prototype version is pictured here: at least one additional weapon option (morning-star mace) will be included in the final version.

Consists of 15+ parts, including custom 50mm square base. Assembled figure stands 4 3/4" tall (12 cm) or 5" tall with base.

Deadly Forest Fungi

Gigantic spore trees, taller than a grown man! Use for an exotic mushroom forest in an alien or fantasy terrain setting. Set includes 6 fungus trees (ranging from 1 1/2" to 2 3/4" tall).

The giant looks pretty awesome. The "Not-cron" stuff is..... um...... Yah...... I guess I'll just say "silly" and leave it at that.....

Saw these at Adepticon. Lovely sculpts. The spider in particular... while I'm not sure how well it would fit into a modern Necron army, I'm thinking it looks perfect to slot in with my 2nd edition guys.

Swing and a miss on the spiders.

The giant, on the other hand, is fantastic. And at $40, a great price.

Robot skull spiders seem very appropriate for a TMNT episode from the early 90s. However, the giant is pretty cool. Some definite chaos potential there.

I'd like to second the "Good sculpts" opinion. I got a good look at these at Adepticon, and all of their sculpts are a total blast.

Buy some!

The giant looks pretty awesome. The robot things? Seriously? Ahahahaha.. their 'faces' are hilarious. Might buy them just to annoy my mates.

I think it would really come down to what you want to use them for. As I mentioned, I think they would look a little peculiar in a modern Necron army, but they would fit in with the 2nd ed Necrons better than the GW spider, or the Puppets War Scarab (as awesome as that is).

Love the giant, but the spiders look a bit ghost-busterish (whacky cartoony) to me, and absolutely do not fit my preconceptions of the Necron 'look'. At the same time that whackiness could be well liked by others, so who knows!

Giant though, that looks dead killy, not whacky

The spiders are just silly. Very silly indeed. The giant is kinda cool though. I like the look and size of it.

Those spiders are hilarious, I'm pretty sure He-Man had to fight them in at least a few episodes. While I don't like the sword on the giant, I really like the rest of the sculpt.

I picked up one of his spiders at Adepticon. The idea of swappable and poseable arms blew me away and I had to have one for my son's Necrons. Even if they don't match the aesthetic, it still looks pretty cool in an 80's cartoon kind of way.

And who doesn't like 80's cartoons?

Check out his not-Mycetic Spore Pod. That sucker is down-right awesome.
