Obviously allot of players tend to have more then one army, then you may just vote according to which you like the most or which you have most units of.

Gonna vote based on the house, as Aura is unlikely to see this, and the boys aren't old enough to be on Dakka yet.

So mine are, Imperial Guard, Orks and Dark Angels. Aura has Dark Eldar, and the boys have Tyranids and Necrons.

Then Horus comes across the lone grot, somehow managing to kill the Emperor, and punts it into space.

Well, I normally play Sisters of Battle. Sometimes I play Orks, vanilla Marines of a custom chapter, Eldar, Chaos Daemons, or Imperial Guard. I barely touch my Chaos Marines, Nids, and Tau.

I've also started a 750-point Grey Knights army because I like their aesthetics, the final pieces of which started their journey to my house today. After that stuff gets here and I get it all built, I think I'm going to start up a Space Wolves force of similar size, because I like what I've heard so far of their fluff.

Inquisition-oriented Grey Knights (either the new rules or the MrSako fan codex that lets me use Valkyries as Dedicated Transports for Stormtroopers as Troops again), mechanized Eldar (with zero Fire Dragons, shockingly), Dark Eldar (still a work in progress), mixed Dark Angels (Tactical Squads lay down cover fire while the Ravenwing and Deathwing run up to the enemy and bloody their noses), and Tzeentch Chaos Marines.

Entirely too many, in other words, especially once one factors in the Chracian High Elves, Dark Elves, and Tzeentch Warriors of Chaos on the Fantasy side of things...

Favorite has always been eldar. I think it's because of the tragedy they suffered but yet they still try to fight and never give up.
I've also always liked their fluff and models. Models are beautiful. I've always liked the aspect warriors!

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.
