What the heck, I'll be loyal to my army and try to make a plausible argument for Dryads

For their points (and for a core slot), you don't get that bad a profile - S/T 4 and I 6 in particular, plus their 5+ (quasi) ward save. The fact they have to skirmish hits them hard in a stand-up fight, but I've always played it that if my Dryads are in a stand-up fight, something's gone wrong They're fast / manouverable enough to get round people's flanks, and a small unit of them make a good redirector if need be. Plus, the models are amazing - does that count as a valid point?

So yeah, toe-to-toe no chance, but for their points and when you think of manouverability, redirects, other sneaky WE stuff etc. they're not half bad.
