Subject: Old Star Wars Toy Values?!?!?!

Well gents,
As a former employee of Toys R Us, I have quite a bit of SW toys from Episode 1-3 stocked up. Roughly about 100+ different figures. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows of an easy way to find out what it is worth, or where I should look to get an idea of values? Any help would be apprecaited. Thank you in advance.
I need to start saving for a ring.....

Ep 1-3, not a great deal.
If it was old Kenner stuff from 4-6 you'd maybe have something.
It's worth more if they are still on the cards.

Yeah, I know that much so far. It is all sealed and still on card in perfect condition, I am just unsure how to go about selling it, either as a bulk lot, or separate them out I guess via eBay. I am hoping there is somewhere locally I can go though to offload it though.

Try searching for each of the items you have on ebay, and seeing how much they're selling for or have recently sold for.

Some of those toys are actually pretty rare, but you're not likely to see more than $20 for any of 'em. (that's still a 400% return on your initial investment, though) As an ex-TRU employee, I too have boxes upon boxes full of toys from ten+ years ago.

Yeah, I am going to have to inventory it this weekend and see from there. I am also going to sell off ALL of my 40k more than likely to help finance the....dun-dun-dun....ring. eek!

If you've got any Classics/Universe Transformers, you could fund yourself for a little while.
They tend to run $30-40+ a figure for deluxes and $60-$80 for Voyagers and Ultras.

I'm in the same boat as you: I worked at KB Toys and have a bunch: Ep 2 Yoda, Count Dooku, Hanger Duel Anakin, Variant Brownish-Red Battle Droid, Variant Anakin from Ep 3, etc. They go for maybe ten online. Yoda hit 40 at some point...but then dropped, badly. Oh well. Sigh.

Episode 1-3?
Good luck with that. My step dad has a kenner boba fett from the early 80's that he swears will be over a thousand dollars eventually. I hope he's right!

Depending on the figure, it's already over that. He probably doesn't have it, but the Boba Fett prototype with a missile that fired out of his back was worth well over a grand-ten years ago. He's probably worth more now. So...he should do some research to its value.

The boba fett with actual firable missile is worth roughly 100 grand mint. About half that non mint. I have a boba with non-firable missile. I have a bunch of the old figures, with the ewoks being the big set.

It's the non-firing model, unfortunately. I had an issue of Star Wars magazine that covered the various non-production models and anomalies that have shown up, and some of them are insanely valuable.
