Well there's the question people, do you choose the adjusted image always. It seems when I upload photo's that there is always a white haze but the adjusted removes it. Which should I choose ?

I know but sometimes it hard to decide which one will show the model the best.

If you have Photoshop, you could run the picture through that and use the 'Save for Web' option. There's a drop down menu that lets you pick what kind of colours you want to view your image in (web, monitor colours etc.)
When I want to upload renders or photos somewhere I always check it with web colours first, as it means I know roughly what the average computer shows people who are looking at my work. I'm not sure about other packages, but most photo editors I'd imagine would do similar.

Alternately if you have the model handy near the screen, just sit it in a well lit spot near your monitor and adjust your image to be as close as possible.

BT uses the Codex Astartes as toilet paper. They’re an Imp Fist successor, recruit from multiple planets, and are known to be the largest Chapter in the galaxy. They’re on a constant Crusade, keeping it real for the Emperor and not bumming around like the other guys. They hate psykers and can’t ally with them. They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare

I think I tend not to, the adjustment seems to increase the contrast too much for my liking. Often though I don't see a difference.

Haven't uploaded anything in ages, but when I did, I only occasionally used it. I did a little barebones image prep before uploading, though - simply tossed them into GIMP and did an auto white balance adjust, tweaking the odd image further, if needed. After that, most of the Dakka adjustments washed the pics out, while a few of them benefited from being lightened up, slightly.

If images get deleted, then they obviously weren't up to snuff. "Junk in, junk out" and all that. If you put a decent image in, it should be rather obvious which is better when you look at the selection screen. Considering the availability of free photo editing software (from simple web-based galleries that let you resize to things like GIMP, the free, open-source alternative to Photoshop), there's no reason to rely solely on the gallery auto-adjuster. It's a lovely feature, but somewhat limited.
