So the point of this list is to keep the table under night fight rules while i move all my units up into firing range (most weapons in list are 24" or less range). I plan on starting Imotekh, the Deathmarks, and the Canoptek Wraiths in reserve in most games. Even if Imotekh is off the board, his Lord of the Storm ability still functions, and when he comes out, its preferably from the Monolith, and the goal is to have that near something to drop Staff of the Destroyer on, or to at least draw fire from my other units. The Deathmarks and Canoptek Wraiths can be dropped within range of their intended targets. The Overlord on the Barge is there to scyth sweep and gauss cannon any tough troops or transports as needed. The Triarch Stalkers mark the important targets. The monolith lumbers forward, i like the particle whip against hordes and transports, and flux cannons are solid as well. The harbingers go in with the troops to reduce effects of them being charged by units, and with solar pulses to ensure i keep night fight as long as needed, while the warriors and ghost arcs lay down solid fire. The Annihilation Barges provide additional fire support. The Deathmarks and Canoptek Wraiths are there to deal with any additional threats that need special attention.

Please let me know if you have any ideas that may make this list work better, as always, it is much appreciated.

i like the list you have here but i would do a few things diffrently

no gaze of flame reason being its kind of useless jsut a point filler

i would leave barges with tesla because with the gauss cannon it would vary rarely even glance a vehical just leave that to troops

the stalker are good for shooty armys but they need to get close to shoot so either go long range for support or keep heat ray for it to able to kill things but scince its going to be dark just keep with heat ray

deathmasks are good if your playing with people who want to deep strike but thats about all they do they dont have the veil cryptek to make them jump around so i would jsut scrap them

warriors with the mini las cannon with the cryptecks is funny just dont ever use solar pusle until its day always keep it night so your eneamy gets no long range shooting

to be quite honest i dont see the point of wraiths here yes they are good but for a true dedicated meleer with all power weapons or something crazy like that they will die so i would scrap them and get immortals instead for imotek to lead ( with a night scythe if possible)

we dunno wot you been told,
our Stormboyz here are mighty bold,
we da best of da lot,
we make yins look like grots

uhh, no, I would say there are quite a few people who would disagree with the statement that giving a vulnerable unit defensive grenades would constitute as "useless". In fact, giving a group of 8+ Immortals an attached model that gives them this bonus makes them INCREDIBLY hard to shift from an objective.
...
in fact, I've noticed quite a few of your suggestions don't seem to make much practical sense, (eg. "don't see the point of Wraiths in a night-fight list").
You do actually play Necrons, right?

uhh, just be careful. Opinions are fine and all, but if you don't stick a disclaimer of sorts in there letting them know, new players might take what you say as serious advice and end up screwing themselves over.
(the last thing we want is to discourage new players from continuing because they think the army the just bought is garbage because they took some bad advice on how to use it).

Where people Live Free, or Die

I like the list, with one concern.

The beauty of the Necron army is that is incredibly flexible as long as all of the parts are synergized together. Unfortunately, this also means that randomly thrown together bits will not work well.

Imotekh does not work well in shooting heavy lists. His nightfight hurts you just as much as it hurts them. Lightning only works 1/6 of the time (IE: you have as much a chance of hitting an enemy unit as a ork has making an armor save)

For instance, triarch stalkers are worth all of their 150 points IF they can connect with an enemy unit because the rest of your army becomes twin-linked against that unit. If a stalker fails to see a unit because it rolled 12" instead of 15" on its night fight role, it becomes an extraordinarily complex and expensive paperweight. The rest of your army suffers.

Imotekh's lightning, though undoubtedly capable of obscene things, does not outweigh the ability to use the stalkers to the fullest.

I suggest making a simple swap. Trade Imotekh for another barge lord and more eldritch lance crypteks. Solar pulses will give you all the night fight cover you need and the barge lord is one of the best tank hunters in the game.
