So basically, i put 1 Cryptek in each Ark with a warrior squad, and the CCBs fly around and kill stuff.
the Stalkers are there for TLing People and killin Stuff, while the Ghost Arks fly around with the Crypteks and kill stuff as well.

Wasn't sure how this would look when you mentioned it on the other thread, but damn...this would be a bitch to counter.

Only thing to consider is that once the CCB/Arks get popped you'll be fairly slow to move around the board. Also, the Overlords may need some beefing up to survive being on foot a bit better (MSS, Orb, SW, PS?).

Maybe consider one of the specialty IC for T1 gimmickry - only issue with that is generally the gimmick IC don't work particularly well in a barge.

Maybe drop a CCB and overlord, substitute Zahndrek, put him in an Ark with a warrior squad, use remaining points to beef up the other overlord? Then you can take away tank hunters from their AT units and give it to the lancetek or Stalker if you need it?

actually if you use Zahndrek you can take away acute senses/night vision in T1 to give you time to close with the arks.

alrighty... i think i miscalculated some points... but i will check on that, and redo the list... thanks for the positive feedback so far

just a side note, would 1 solar pulse be enough? because adding Zandrekh would make me sit at 2005 points, so im just wondering if i could combine the 2 courts, dropping the 1 pulse, and adding MSS to my Overlord, use the pulse 1st turn so i can go ahead and move up unmolested.

Have to try it and see. If you deploy forward one turn of night may be enough. You may also be able to use one of the arks as cover for the others?

yea. i dont play much atm as i havent got an army built at all, and i dont have a very solid grasp on the rules, but i will work at it, and probably end up having a friend proxy an army so we can try it out!
