2 Destroteks per troop. 2 Solar Pulses, to keep things blind or light if need be. Lots of lance and melta cannnons to crack vehicles. And, a little CC goodness. I cant help but feel the need to Doomsday Arks though. . .

I don't think you can have royal courts with destroyer Lords... Dont have my codex with me so might be wrong but pretty sure you cant :/

Haha for a drunken list I quite like it maybe swap the 2 destroyer lords for overlords on barges and it'll be looking pretty good!

Yep, he's right, you can't take Royal Courts without an Overlord level HQ. Just drop some Warriors out of the Arks to make up points you'll need to swap out your Destroyer Lords for Silver Surfers (Overlords with Warscythes riding Command Barges @180 point each).

Also, yeah, with a couple Stalkers in your list, Doomsday Arks suddenly become VERY viable... though, you may need to drop Wraiths to afford it.
