Hmmm. Actually rather than the court, it is the number of anni barges and CCB flying around that would concern me. I'd be even more concerned if they were bigger blobs of warriors, because TL Tesla immortals would be nasty.
Both are pretty good lists, though both have Scarab units which are too small and limited or no Spyders in one case. The Tomb Blades are a small number too. The single Triarch Stalker might be bullied as well.
I would take the second list and ditch the Tomb Blades and add another Triarch Stalker.

The single stalker does get shot alot in some games. It gets alot of AT attention that to be fair it can deal with. AV13 is durable (till the pen). More often than not focused fire will take it out. I am happy with that. If it pops on the first shot then that is sad.
So far I am leaning towards the double courts.... But I like wraiths.
Small scarabs are usally enough to pop something. Any more are wasted for me.
