Hello, this is my 1500 point necron army list, please give suggestions.

Imotekh w/CCB-305

10 Warriors-130

10 Warriors-130

10 Immortals-170

10 Lychguard W/shields and phase swords-450

3x Lords w/ rez orb, warscythe, and something else-270

10 scarabs- 150
(not sure if in 2 squads, or one)

P.S I STRONGLY DISLIKE SPACE MARINES

Imotekh is a poor choice to put in a CCB, because he has no war scythe and so does not really benefit from the sweep attacks it grants him. He is much better off put into one of your squads.

You really have no way to destroy armor beyond the scarabs, and if they don't make it across the board you'll be depending on three war scythes spread out in your squads. You might want to rethink this list from the bottom up.

As helium said, Imotekh is not great in a CCB. However, he would be really good in the Immortals squad, if they have Gauss. Otherwise, put him with some warriors to make them relentless. I'm assuming you want Imotekh for night fight and storm while you are walking the troops across the board.

Also, if you put Imotekh with the troops, you can use one of the orb lords in the Lychguard, because they would really benefit from both the war scythe and the orb. I'd put MSS on this lord as well.

You may also want to get a couple of Crypteks with HoDestruction to get the lances. Put them with the warrior squads (they can shoot from longer range).

To pay for this I suggest you drop a couple of lychguard. I like them, but 10 makes your list a bit unbalanced (too many points invested).

Swap the CCB for an Annihlation barge.

If you really want a CCB lord, swap Imotekh for Anrakyr. He upgrades the Immortals to Eternals for free and as a bonus you can use his Mind in the Machine attack (when he is out of the barge!).

The list as it is will not be very effective at much of anything.
It just looks like a bunch of units thrown together with no real foresight or consideration of tactical synergy.

Please look at the suggestions by the two posters above on how to improve your army list.
(it also might help if you gave some sort of indication on how you were hoping your army would operate beyond "I hate Space Marines")
