As it sais in the codex the shoot armour penatrating flaming projectiles from their boltguns, i'd like to have ap3 boltas on them.
Give your opinion and how many more points LOD would be.

The Damned are pretty nasty as-is, but I agree that it's a little odd that they included that bit of fluff without modifying the bolters at all.

Seeing as they're already overpriced, I think Ap3 Boltguns would balance that nicely.

Just thought thousand sons get ap3 rounds a aspiring sorceror and an invunrable save, for 9pts more the LOD get +1 to the invun and have to deep strike but don't get phychic powers or ap3 rounds, seem unfair.

AP4 might be justified with current point cost.
But for AP3, you'd have to increase it heavily, ~3-4 ppm at least I'd say.

Tsons dont have psykic powers. Their aspiring champion does, who costs 60 points + the costs of powers. Tsons would be a no brainer choice if you didnt have to buy that overpriced sorcerer.

how about giving them the option to use sternguard special ammo? The vengence round is AP3, or they could use the AP4 one or the one that doesnt allow cover.

Thousand Sons don't get grenades, are slow and purposeful and require you to spend 70-90 points on the sergeant who is the only one with psychic powers (all of which are bad to mediocre now after the wonderful warptime FAQ).

Ok, but LOD are slow and purposeful to but then they can have heavy weapons.
