Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this.
Do you guys know where I could get a model 28mm to scale animal? I want my army to have a pet dog, but I don't want the dog to be as big as the guys themselves are

Khador (Warmachine) has a War Dog unit, it might be a good choice.

Crocodile Games makes some decent 28mm animals for their Wargods range.

The jackals in that link might work well for a dog.

Sounds like you've found what you want, but here's one more vote for the mega-minis dogs. I've got a few of them and they are quite good.
The pics at mega minis dont' do them justice. They're nice figs that are very well in-scale with 28mm. Almost too much in scale, as hobbyists have grown so accustomed to XL animals that in-scale animals appear small.

It's a nice model, but it is absolutely enormous.

I'm not sure you understand how large Mastiffs really are. The Wardog is very much properly in scale to 30mm human figures.
